The pub is under the management of Publicans Andy & Shelagh, who along with their daughters Leanne & Hayley are dedicated to providing the best to their customers & the community. Through major investment and building a strong relationship with the community they have made The Freeholders one of the best Pubs in the area.

The Freeholders is a Fuller Smith & Turner Public House accrediated with the Master Cellarman Award, the pub was first established in 1850 and was part of the Friary Brewery.

 

Over the years the Pub has gone through many changes, and has been recently refurbished throughout giving it even more of a traditional warmth & feel of an old fashioned Pub.
